  • Enquiries. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the subject and your message. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and business information.
  • Email updates. If you subscribe to our emails, we collect your email address.
  • Clients. If you become a client, we hold the contact, project and billing details needed to deliver our services and invoice you.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for special category data (for example, health information) and we ask you not to send it to us.

We only share personal information with service providers who help us run the business and who process it on our instructions:

  • Hostinger – website hosting and email delivery.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit) – managing our email subscriber list, if you subscribe.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) – only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

We may also share information with professional advisers, such as accountants, or where the law requires us to.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Client and billing records: up to 6 years after the end of the financial year in which our work ended, to meet tax and legal requirements.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. If we add any non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
